This cooling, alcohol-free toner contains hydrating and softening botanical extracts that “plump” dehydrated skin.

After cleansing, pour the Hydrating Toner onto cotton pads and apply it to the skin. Or spray evenly over the face, throat and décolleté and pat dry. Cover the eyes with one hand while spraying. Follow with a Moisturizer of choice.
